Emergency Procedures
All incidents and accidents are recorded and reported. A responsible person is designated on every tour and is reachable at all times. For any life-threatening emergency, always call 000 first.
Significant incidents are reported to our insurer where applicable, and our Risk Management Plan is reviewed annually.
We Recommend Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all participants take out personal travel insurance prior to the tour, covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
