Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking

A. Overview

These terms apply to all bookings made with Tee Time Golf Tours. By completing a booking you agree to the following policy.

B. Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Full balance payment is due 14 days before the tour departure date (unless otherwise stated).
  • Save $100 per person when paying the full amount at the time of booking.

C. Cancellations by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies:

Cancellation Notice Refund Offered
More than 30 days before tour Full refund minus $50 admin fee
14–30 days before tour 50% refund
Less than 14 days before tour No refund (transfer credit may be offered)
"No Show" on departure day No refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

D. Cancellations or Alterations by Tee Time Golf Tours

If we must cancel due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety reasons, you will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit voucher valid for 12 months.

E. Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control — including severe weather, pandemics, fires, floods, or government restrictions — may affect tour operations. We will act reasonably to rearrange, postpone, or refund your tour.

F. Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend all participants take out personal travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings before the tour begins.
